Lohr recommended for Commissioner position
My husband Mark and I have had the privilege of knowing Jeremy Lohr and his family for more than 15 years. Lohr has done a lot of building and remodeling work for us, both personally and in our main business.
He has always worked with us to find solutions and options for our building needs at a fair price and his work is outstanding. His knowledge of construction and the housing market has greatly expanded over the years. And over time we have come to know him and his family as friends. Lohr’s Christian upbringing and ongoing walk in faith have helped guide him through life.
We would highly recommend him for the office of the district administration.

Re-elect Zimmerman as commissioner
I want to tell you about Russ Zimmerman, who is running for re-election as Sandusky County Commissioner. He has always been a person who works to find answers to the difficult questions. In high school and beyond, Russ was always the person to show up, listen, gather information, and then research everything before speaking or giving an opinion. For the past four years as Commissioner he has done just that.
When the public raised questions or concerns, he listened. He always has an open ear, no matter where he is. Many phone calls and visits to his home have given the public the opportunity to speak to him directly. He is one of the most patient people I know when it comes to taking your concerns seriously. I urge you to speak to him directly if you have any questions.
I’ve heard all sorts of comments about what has been said or done or not when it comes to the Housing Code. I’ve spoken to him about this at length, and the bottom line is that Sandusky County residents have heard her disapproval.
Russ is a lifelong resident of Sandusky County and works hard to keep our county a country we love to live in and are proud of. Again, please contact him directly or attend a committee meeting so you have all the right information before casting your vote.
I’m asking you to vote with me to re-elect Russ Zimmerman as Sandusky County Commissioner.

Lohr has business experience, honesty
I have known Jeremy Lohr, his wife and children for almost six years now. I hired him to help me renovate my house. He did a wonderful job. He made great suggestions that resulted in the rebuild turning out better than I expected.
His wife even painted the inside of my house and his kids babysat my dogs on several occasions. In short, they are a very nice family.
I have rehired him many times to work on my home and rentals and would highly recommend him to anyone.
I believe that Lohr’s work ethic and business experience of over 18 years as a self-employed contractor while also raising eight children would make a great District Commissioner.
He genuinely cares about his customers and I’m sure that in a commissioner role that would do for everyone in Sandusky County. I know he opposes the proposed building code, which would cost county residents countless fees and delays. Let’s make sure that doesn’t happen. Vote for Jeremy Lohr in May.

Lohr to make a good inspector
As a lifelong resident of Sandusky County for nearly 52 years, I have seen both the good and the bad in some of our previously elected government officials. Some show bad ethics by putting their own interests first or behaving dishonorably, while others put the well-being of the residents first.
If there is one person who stands by his word and has behaved more than honorably in the more than 40 years that I have known him, it is Jeremy Lohr. He has always been proud of everything he has done, from being someone I could count on as a friend, to raising a beautiful family, to building his general contractor business from the ground up and sustaining a thriving part of our community.
I encourage you to vote for Jeremy Lohr as our next County Commissioner if you are looking for positive change in Sandusky County.

Lohr has the foresight that a commissioner needs
I have known Jeremy Lohr and his family for over 18 years. He is a successful entrepreneur. He is great at leading and operating many businesses and makes his experience of finance, budgeting and communication a great asset as a commissioner.
He makes it his priority to be informed of any problems that arise. He would offer many benefits to Sandusky County because as commissioner he would focus on any challenge he faced. He has an eye for the needs of the district and its people. He is passionate about solving problems.
Lohr is also a good judge of character and could create long-term plans and a vision for Sandusky County.
