A service outage warning is coming soon!
Has Sky broadband gone down and cable gone down or is it not working for you? Please note that the service is experiencing signal cuts in certain areas and many users are complaining about this on the microblogging site Twitter.
A quick look at Down Detector – a service that provides a real-time overview of outages and other issues – reveals that Sky is experiencing disruption in some regions, as shown in the live outage map below.
While getting back to some users @SKYserves, let’s get to the question of whether there is any official word left on the matter accepted that there are signal cuts in some areas and added that there is no ETA on how long it would take to fix things.

Update 1 (July 28, 2021)
A mass outage on Sky’s broadband network has sparked a spate of complaints on social media from netizens across the UK.
So Sky broadband services are down across Norfolk and Suffolk, I wonder what compensation they will offer? @SkyUK, can you advise us?
Update 2 (20 Aug 2021)
A Sky Broadband outage is causing a domino effect with many high profile banks also reporting problems with their services. Customers of banks like TSB, NatWest, Santander and others are having trouble accessing their online banking and mobile banking services.
Now the Sky Help team say they are aware of this issue and are working on it as a priority.
Update 3 (09/02/2021)
It seems many Sky broadband users are unable to use the internet as the service is down right now. Here are some reports to look up:

It seems that some Sky broadband users are having trouble with the service again. We have shared some reports below for your reference:

Fortunately, the company’s support has confirmed that they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix for it.

Update 5 (September 16, 2021)
Like recently reports, Sky’s internet services are once again not working for multiple users in Scotland. However, the outage has been confirmed by the Sky Help team and a solution is being sought.

Update 6 (October 25, 2022)
Many Sky netizens have reported on Twitter that they are unable to use the internet due to an outage.

Thankfully, the company appears to be aware of the outage, but there’s no ETA for a fix.
The line test results you provided in the second screenshot would be an accurate result. We have no deadlines for resolving this issue, but we are working to restore it as soon as possible. (source)

Fresh reports Twitter and Downdetector suggest Sky Broadband service is currently experiencing an outage.

Fortunately, the company seems to be aware of the situation as the support team has confirmed that they are working on a fix. Here’s what they say:

6:19 p.m. (ACTUAL): Although it’s been a day since the outage began, the company’s support team still claims they’re working on a fix, but there’s no ETA.
